POPULAR QUESTIONS

  • How many people will come to clean my office?

    The office cleaning team depends on the amount of tasks we need done at your office.  We use the tasks to determine how many people are needed within a 2hr daily cleaning period.  If more specialised work need to be done, we plan on completing them over the weekend.  All our cleaners are background checked.

  • Do I have to be present for a cleaning?

    No but, we need access to the cleaning areas involved.  Without enough time to access the cleaning areas, we risk not doing enough cleaning during our daily cleaning.  This may then require a special additional cleaning service to catch up on the reduced time for our daily cleaning.

  • How long will it take to clean my office?

    We will workload the work that is required and provide an estimate which will be used in organising our daily cleaning time requirements.  Our typical office cleaning time is between 2 – 3hrs.
