  • How many people will come to clean my site?

    At PAVE Cleaning, our residential teams  regularly work as a team of 3.  For commercial sites, the size of the team will depend on the work involved and when the assignment is scheduled for completion.  We will resource our teams to deliver the site within the agreed time frame.

  • Do I have to be present for a cleaning?

    No PAVE Cleaning will make sure that the agreed job specifications are delivered.  We do however require access to the site when required to enable us carry out the assignment as organised.

  • What is the difference between move-in cleaning and other cleaning?

    Move in is the cleaning that is done just before you hand the property over to a new owner.  At the stage property is likely to be largely empty.  It is very thorough and every surface is touched and cleaned.  With other cleaning such as deep cleaning, access to places may be restricted such as drawers and lockers.  We ensure that the cleaning is very thorough and ready for a new occupant.
